Provide you with information sheets on every single property currently on the market that fits your family’s needs and is within your budget.  Wouldn’t it be a comfort to know that you are not missing out on any possibilities

And: You drive by all, see the neighborhood; find the right the homes that you like

From the outside, in the time frame that works for you.

After that you could call me which properties you want to see from inside (also I will show you why is the first impressions are the most important one.)

Later: make the right offer (show you the property history, the current market trend so you could offer will be the best offer.)

7.

Help with the Qualifying process (if you not done so far); I will show you: how could be not locked in a contract, to show you various contractual contingencies.
